Check-In Representative (full-time & part-time)
The role of a Check-In Representative at WoW is to deliver friendly & efficient front desk customer service to all members & guests in person and over the phone, and to accurately process all daily transactions.
WoW is known for providing friendly & efficient front desk customer service – and this is delivered directly by our Check-In Team. Our Check-In Representatives are stationed at the front desk area of the facility and are recognized as the true heart-beat of the club – responsible for all customer service inquiries, daily transactions, internal marketing promotion execution, and facility access of members & guests.
Exceptional training and outstanding company systems enable our Check-In Team to run the front desk like a finely-tuned machine. Through structured training, you’ll learn how to deliver friendly & efficient customer service, and even how to improve your multi-tasking skills.
