Member Service Representative (full-time & part-time)
The role of a Member Service Representative at WoW is to deliver friendly & efficient front desk customer service to all members & guests in person and over the phone, and to accurately process all daily transactions.
WoW is known for providing friendly & efficient front desk customer service – and this is delivered directly by our Member Service Team. Our Member Service Representatives are stationed at the front desk area of the facility and are recognized as the true heart-beat of the club – responsible for all customer service inquiries, daily transactions, internal marketing promotion execution, and facility access of members & guests.
Exceptional training and outstanding company systems enable our Member Service Team to run the front desk like a finely-tuned machine. Through structured training, you’ll learn how to deliver friendly & efficient customer service, and even how to improve your multi-tasking skills.
